Our host families are carefully chosen and located within Paris. They are used to welcoming foreign students and, therefore, know how to help them familiarize themselves with the French way of life and French culture. Single or double rooms, bed & breakfast (B&B) or half-board (breakfast and evening meal).
The half-board option is ideal for practising French outside lesson time.

Perfectly located in the heart of Paris, the “Le 300” Residence is close to Place de la Bastille and just a few minutes’ walk from the banks of Canal Saint-Martin. In each studio flat, there is a sleeping area with a single or double bed, a fully-fitted kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, double hot plate, dishes, etc.), a shower room with WC, cable TV and telephone.

• At the "CISP" residences

The C.I.S.P. student residences are located in Southern Paris. They provide single rooms with breakfast or half-board. The value for money facilities include a self-service restaurant, cafeteria, TV room, self-service laundrette and car park.

Kellermann Residence
Located at Porte d'Italie, close to the Parc Kellermann, in a lively area a few metro stops from the Beaubourg and the Latin Quarter area. Metro station: « Porte d'Italie » (line 7)

Ravel Residence
Located near the Bois de Vincennes and the Parc Omnisport of Paris Bercy, close to an Olympic swimming pool.
Metro station: "Porte Dorée" (line 8) on the direct underground line to our school.

The Hôtel APPART'city Residence is located near the Cité des Sciences, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and is about 25 minutes away from ACCORD School on the Grands Boulevards. The residence consists of 20m² studios, with a private bathroom & WC, a sofa bed, a kitchenette (with fridge, coffee maker, etc.), TV and telephone. Students are given an interphone entry code to access the Appart'city residence.

Price: 370 euro/week for a stay of 5 weeks and +
Price: 395 euro/week for a stay shorter than 5 weeks
A security deposit of 150 euros must be paid on arrival.
* The average electricity bill is about 30 € per month and is paid directly to the residence.

Residence Paris Montmartre : close to the Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilic
Residence Buttes Chaumont : in the heart of the XIXth district, in a lively and cultural area, near La Villette.

You may choose from a range of flats, from a studio to a 6-person apartment.
All apartments include a kitchen area, a bathroom with toilets, a TV and a telephone. Weekly cleaning is provided. Bed sheets and towels are provided and changed once a week. All the high quality facilities are modern and functional.
